Websites Basically (websitesbasically.com) is a brand owned and operated by Brifcups Advertising Services Private Limited, a company registered in India ("Websites Basically", "we", "us" or "our").

Websites Basically provides digital services only. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

1. How we deliver

All work is delivered online:

• Designs are shared as images or preview links by email or WhatsApp.
• Finished websites are delivered as a live website on your domain or hosting, and/or as a preview link and the website files.

We deliver to the email address or WhatsApp number you give us when you order.

2. Estimated delivery times

• Single Page Website: first design within 3 working days, and the completed website within 7 working days.
• Six Page Website: first design within 5 working days, and the completed website within 14 working days.
• Custom projects: the timeline is set out in your written quote.

Delivery times start once we have received your payment and all of the content we need. They pause while we wait for your feedback or approval. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India.

3. Delays

If anything on our side will delay your project, we will let you know as soon as possible with a new date. If we are unable to deliver, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

4. Confirmation

You will receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp each time we deliver a design or a finished website.
